Delivery Times
Orders will be processed as fast as possible. However, as almost all of our products have to be personalised, please allow 2-3 days for delivery - except at Christmas when it may take longer.
Christmas orders received before December 15th - the last date for 2nd Class Postage - should arrive in time for Christmas. After that date we recommend First Class post, for which we would have to charge extra.
Delivery Address and Charges
At present we offer a flat rate shipping charge of £3.99 per total order on all deliveries We are happy to send your order to any address you specify (this may be different to your invoice address).
